I am not happy with this reservation, paid almost $300 for one night. It was dirty, smelled like a dog, everything had stains (chair, floors, etc). I felt so dirty when i left. The tv didnt work and neither did the remote blinds. I thought it being Hilton, it would be at least nice but was disgusting. Never again!!!!

My hotel room was given to someone else with the same last name who checked in before I arrived and by the time I got there no more rooms were available. Thankfully I was related, but that was an expensive stay for me to be on a pull out sofa bed and have to listen to snoring all night when I paid for my own hotel room
Enjoyed my stay from the beginning to the end. We were checked quickly by friendly staff. The room (King Suite) was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was better than most hotels in this price range. This was our third trip this year.

Property is average, things we liked & things we didn’t. Staff is very friendly. Room is very spacious, so that’s a plus. However, water pressure in shower is horrendous so that’s a huge negative. Washing your hair? You better plan on a lot more time because the water pressure is ridiculously bad.
I know hotels are really cutting back these days on how often they clean the rooms, but I find this new trend ridiculous. Hotel prices continue to constantly increase. You’re paying much more money for average rooms, the least ALL hotels could do is go back to regular cleaning. At this property it is every other day cleaning. Although we stayed for 3 nights our room was somehow overlooked and never cleaned. Although disappointing, I have to compliment the staff who notified management and upon checkout we had a small credit to our bill. I do appreciate taking accountability for being overlooked and for trying to credit us in some way.
We arrived very early in the morning to a smiling attendant at the counter.
Gail was informative with nearby things to do and compassionate when our child broke a glass at breakfast.
Room was immaculate and fit us all comfortably.
I’ve stayed in Hotel 2 Suites twice this month. The first time was in Mobile Alabama and the second was in Lagrange Georgia. Both places were a pleasant stay. The service agents were very helpful during Check-in, Check-Out, Room Service, etc. There were convenient shopping areas and Restaurants. Complimentary Breakfast, 24 hour Coffee in Lobby. Our stay was for a Family of 6. We enjoyed the comforts of the Suite and amenities. I mostly enjoyed the relaxation. Will definitely
The hotel met our needs, we needed a handicap accessible room and the room we received was very spacious, but what made this hotel memorable was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Valerie at the front desk was so kind and helpful everyday! We all appreciated her so much. We will be back!
The lady at the desk was great, super nice and helpful. The property was clean and very modern. We only have 2 negatives, our room kinda smelled like dog urine and the bed sheets was super thin.
The first night of our stay, we didn’t have a working a/c unit. They did bring up an industrial size fan to make it a little more comfortable. We had no linens for the sofa bed and they were completely out of everything when I asked for some. I thought they would at least give me a partial refund for the one night without a/c, but because I booked through a third party, they said they could not.
