We confirmed early check in before our stay, our room was not available upon check in. We were then put in 4 different rooms before they were able to locate a room with a king bed. The hotel was under construction at our time of stay, we would not have stayed here had we known. There were boxes blocking the drive up, a random blown tire on the middle of the drive. It was messy in the lobby, loud on our floor with construction. The walls do not block sound of any sort. The air conditioner barely kicked on and when it did it shook the whole room. There was only a plug on one side of the bed, the backboard installed over the other side of the bed. There wasn’t even a trash can in our room, ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The list goes on! What a terrible, unorganized, generally dirty hotel.

Room was very clean, newly renovated on our floor and very comfortable. Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Daytime front desk gentlemen was very helpful for suggestions of area attractions. We came at a bad time during renovations. Boxes of mattresses and such everywhere in common areas. Covers off HVAC units were off in hallway making me afraid of fires and exercise room was closed. Although breakfast was suppose to be served until 10 am, it was put up at 9:30 on the day we left. All that being said, I would stay again after renovations are completed.

We were very disappointed that we were not notified that this hotel is undergoing renovations. It was dusty with boxes stacked throughout the common area. Our room had furniture missing and the curtains were falling. The carpet was stained and coming up at the bathroom entry. The bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous.

It was terrible. Nobody told us that they were remodeling and there was the fact that the phone in the room didn’t work. The lady came by and took our towels and stitching come back with more. She never did. We had to go to the desk and asked for them the breakfast was terrible. There was last night or last night there at about 11 o’clock we were sleeping all the sudden we could hear smell something that smelled like smoke then burnt popcorn we were right beside the hotel desk check in. I walked up to the desk. Nobody was there called. Hello hello nobody was there so I went back and use my cell phone called the finally somebody answered him when I asked him about the smell the guy sound like he’s asleep. I said I’ll check on it later and hung up. That was ridiculous. Then the fact that when you open our curtains in our bedroom, the the view was of a dumpster where they were throwing all of the furniture because they were remodeling and about midnight, we heard something and we looked out, and there was a man standing out there smoking and talking outside of our window so if the only pleasant part of the trip was the African-American lady that was working Tuesday till 9 o’clock last night. She was the only one that even tried to help. I really request that we Really think that we should’ve gotten one credit back for one night.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. This was a very unpleasant environment. All windows were taped over. There were construction materials everywhere. They made a big deal about the $250 fine for smoking but we had to walk through the smoking area just outside the lobby doors in order to check in. Don’t stay here until renovations are completed.

The hotel is in renovation and the whole hotel should’ve been closed. Their carpet was so dirty and the ceiling was peeling off with water marks and molds. I started feeling sick.

Do NOT stay here until they complete remodeling. I tried to enter my room as and hit the door lock. I went back downstairs and was told to put up in the door not down. I was in a room with paint peeling off the wall and ceiling, mold all around tub and in the grout of the tiles in the shower. Drilling all day.

When I walked in to check in, the lady behind the desk did not even smile. The air conditioner in the room was not cool, and there was a light shining directly into our room at night and we could not close the curtains to block it out. At breakfast, the sausage was rubbery and cool. We left to eat elsewhere. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.
