We enjoyed our big balcony and water view. The canopy bed was comfy. Nice location near to good restaurants.

It was amazing adult couples private retreat for me and my husband. If you want to relax, recharge regain, whatever you need to get you back on track in life, come here and restart your life again. The entire team at Ladera resort were very accommodating to every situation we had. It’s a great resort. The views are impeccable. The food was excellent. Did I say the views again? The views were amazing. We will be back.

I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.

Food was ok. Rooms are very basic and need to be upgraded. My room was cleaned but there were no towels in my room. I called the front desk and they sent towels to my room within 10 mins. Beach and pool are great.

Half the restaurants were never opened and when they do open you could barely get a reservation as they close it at 2 pm. They need new beach chair covers. So gross covered in bird poop and ripped up. Make sure when you go they don’t just give you a random room and they give you the room you booked.
