I didn't like not getting tv stations abc, cbs, nbc. Not having do not disturb signs for door. Breakfast was terrible. Police were in building arresting someone next door. Should be called best western MINUS. What a mess.

To start, we couldn't get into our room and had to get a new card for it 3 different times during our 2 night stay. When we entered the room is was dirty and their was a gooey substance on the window and shmuck on the mirrors. Toothpaste was all over the bathroom walls and mirror aswell. The nightstands had droplets from what im hoping is soda. We went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned and there was only 1 staff member on sight and he couldn't clean it. He was very kind and found some cleaner and rags for me so I could wipe things down myself. But with how much I paid for this hotel I shouldn't have to clean my own room none the less have a grossly dirty room upon arrival.

I truly overpaid
We need to get our card keys changed twice as they didn’t work. The sound proofing in our room, 216, was non existent! People above us were having sex and it sounded like they were in our room. Went to use the shower and there was no soap. Needed to go to the desk downstairs to get some.
