Cleanliness was great. I was surprised that there was no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower; no shelf or anything. Also, the top hinge came apart on the cabinet door that hid the mini-fridge and it was pretty heavy to hold up while getting into the fridge. Other than that, I enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff were friendly & professional.

We were there for bike week. 10 minutes away from venue. Clean. Staff was nice. And very chill. Rained for a day and they let us chill inside in lounge wt anther 30 people. Will go back again.

I liked the convenience of everything in walking distance from the hotel. I didn't like the smells in the room, and the a.c. filters in unit were filthy. I had rinse them out in shower. And the bathroom was small with a small toilet.

A warm welcome while in town for a family wedding
We were in town for a family wedding. The wedding venue required a 2-night minimum, which did not work for us. We were very fortunate that the Best Western in Laconia did not "force" a 2-night minimum. It is a lovely, newer property. The beds are comfortable, and the room decor is nice. The lobby has nicely set-up seating areas and access to a computer/printer (I didn't lug a laptop on this trip). The front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. It was a "plus" that a chain drug store was right across the parking lot, as we needed a last-minute item.

The place is located downtown which was quite lovely. The hotel was good enough for sleeping near our family. Room was not cleaned one day, had to go to front desk for clean towels. Breakfast was ok. I personally did not like the bacon or sausage. Bagels were available, cereal and waffles.
