We were traveling with my 91 yr old Mom and the only chair in the room was a rolling desk chair. Which she could not use. But the staff was very helpful and brought her a chair she could use. We did have an issue with the lighting. Mom and my sister have very limited vision and both the room and the breakfast were so dim that they had problem seeing.

There was no dresser in my room and I was told in none of the rooms. I have never experienced this in a hotel and it was terribly inconvenient. I paid $299 with tax for this room trusting it was a good property, it is quite the opposite.

Staff was rude upon checkin, told us to park in the wrong place and then gave me attitude when asking for clarification after looking around the whole building. After we got settled I looked on my floor (2) and found ice machine, it was broken and marked out of order. I went to front deck after searching the whole first floor area and she tells me the ice machines are all broken. Zero apologies, full attitude.
