Very clean. Friendly and prompt staff. The furniture is a bit dated and scarred but the rooms were very clean and floors and bath updated.

There’s a building across the street, strongly recommend not booking rooms in it, even though I got misled into thinking it was the waterfront rooms with balcony. They were kind enough to change our rooms to the ones on the beach, which is what I had originally booked. Nice clean property. Decent parking. Breakfast is not included, but they offer 15% discount at the restaurant - Blue Bistro. It was very good. Totally worth it. Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.

We arrived and were given the hotel across the street. Parking was in the back and it was poorly lit. Also hotel on the Main Street so extra loud with cars going back and forth! The room was adequate with good amenities. There was a balcony to view the lake but we didn’t use it. We stayed one night and it was okay.

Attention all Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert goers - this is the perfect place to stay! Close to the venue and clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of parking across the street if you have a vehicle that is a little large for the spaces in directly in front of the rooms. The view is beautiful and we highly recommend two nights in order to take advantage of the property and lake itself. Will definitely book again for the next concert.

We stayed in an Inn View Rooms – Classic Comfort with Scenic Lake Views. The view was near impossible to see as the windows were filthy. The room was located right on the highway, and it was VERY noisy. The carpets were very worn, but the linens and towels were clean. Perhaps some of the other rooms are better.

Check in and out was wonderful! Parking was tight and rooms small but clean and comfortable. Mattresses are very soft. Wonderful view of the lake and nice relaxing beach area. Fire pits on the beach I wish had a bit more firewood available but enjoyed sitting out there at night. Wonderful stay.

I Would Stay Here Again

The resort was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were extremely nice. If had to offer words of improvement/advice, it would be to upgrade the rooms with keyless entry access, firmer mattresses, and a larger TV. Otherwise, I would visit this resort again.

I liked that the cottage was on the water. Great views! The employees were very nice. Everything was very clean. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable. Please get decent beds.

The property is on the water with a private beach, close to Weir’s Beach, has a restaurant onsite serving fantastic food, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our 2-night stay was too short to enjoy the waterfront amenities, but chairs and tables under umbrellas as well as lounges are available.

Our cottage was beautiful and in a wonderful location The on site restaurant served delicious food. Everything was wonderful except the tissues and tp were super rough and the beds are in need of replacing. Soft, but sagging and sinking. All said and done, I would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed . The room we stayed in (47) was in the back building but had a cute little terrace and a nice view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was impeccably clean and the shower had great water pressure and heat. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

I'll never stay there again.

I booked a room on the other side of the street months ago but was given this one instead. The walk up was so steep that we had to rest along the way. Getting our suitcase up all the stairs was a challenge. The carpet was stained and the ceiling dirty. Aside from the bathroom, there was only a single, 3 brightness light on each side of the bed but only the dim setting worked. It was quite dark. The balcony light didn't work at all. The window was dirty/hazy so we couldn't see out of it very well. The clock radio didn't work. In a nearby room someone took a 20 minute shower at midnight and it sounded like a fire hose was opened in our bathroom. The AC was so loud that we had to turn it off and open the balcony door. A party outside our window went on until about 1 AM. The traffic noise was also very loud. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Although the carpet was dirty and stained, it wasn't sticky. At night, crossing the street from the office to our room, my wife was almost hit by a speeding car. Because of sharp bends in the road on each side of the crosswalk, you're at the mercy of oncoming traffic. I pulled her out of the way but we both ended up with minor injuries.
