Room smelled like rust when we checked in. Layout couch was hard to get in and out. It was also very uncomfortable. There were no extra sheets, only a small pillow and tiny blanket in the closet. We were told the day of check in that a power outage would be happening scheduled the second morning we were there. The breakfast was very limited. Numerous outlets in the room would not charge anything.

Power outage

The hotel itsrlf wasnt bad, but they had a scheduled power outage for 10am... I kinda wish they would of told us this kinda stuff at BOOKING IT. I was in a rush to get ready and I really needed to stay til checkout...but couldnt. Also-- why no bliw dryer in the rooms!! I shouldnt have to ask for one.

Asked for our room to be cleaned cause we had Canes that night. And when we arrived late at night, it was still dirty. The room was smelly and i went down stairs for more towels and to let the staff know. I was handed towels and a garbage bag for me to do it myself. Told the morning staff and they said sorry but nothing can be done. We checked out and left.

Room was on the 2nd floor and reeked of mold. The smell was so loud in the entire hallway. Thankfully the room didn’t smell that way but the bathtub was chipped. Didn’t feel clean. However, the staff was very nice. But please, 2nd floor needs some attention.

Property is updated but older building and rug in my room was kind of frayed. Air conditioning unit was loud. Bed mattress was not the most comfortable. Being put at end of hallway on the first floor was noisy with worker right outside our room using a saw throughout the day and the door to outside and stairs exit constantly slamming shut.

The rooms weren’t clean the air was broken and the bed was so hard. There was mold in the shower and on the wall near the air conditioning was wet stain where it ruined the wall.
