I tried to cancel the hotel but missed the deadline by an hour. They refused to let me cancel the reservation. When I get the the hotel they inform me that the reservation was cancelled and there was no rooms available. Horrible experience.

The rates for Purdue- Notre Dame are really expensive but the place is decent. Ability to easily walk to Starbucks or stay for their hot breakfast is nice option.
