Checked into a non-smoking suite that reeked of cigarettes as soon as I walked into the room. The carpet was damaged. Called the front desk to make them aware so I wasn’t charged for smoking in it. They came up with a bottle of deodorizer and sprayed the room. I stayed for 3 nights for business. The second night had me struggling to sleep as there was a couple below my room window screaming and yelling at each other and honking their car horn. One person was lying in the parking lot. That finally stopped around 11:30pm. The hot tub in the room has cigarette burns on the side of it. (I was too afraid to use it) I’ll be coding a different place to stay on my next business trip to St. Cloud.

Upon check in our room smelled horrible. Like heavy stale smoke and dog. They only had a room with 2 beds so we took that. Entire property was just ok clean wise. We had mold all over bathroom ceiling. Elevators were dirty. Where wall meets floor needed cleaned most places. Fitness room was good.

Great stay

Arrived for a late check-in. The lady at the desk was very welcoming and checked us in quick. She offered a later check out time, bottles of water, and snacks. It was a short stay, but if I am back in the area, I will stay there again.
