Would Happily Stay Here Again
My husband and I had a lovely 3-day stay at this Hampton Inn. We had a spacious room with a queen-sized bed, sitting area, desk, under counter refrigerator, etc. I believe there was also an indoor pool, but we did not make use of this amenity. We did have to use the guest laundry facility. The washing machine made a lot of noise (I think some belts that turn the drum need to be replaced). The guest dryer was not functional, but they graciously offered to dry our item in their in-house commercial laundry. I found them to be super friendly and truly interested in knowing how our stay was going. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and non-intrusive, but accessible. And, it is always nice to get breakfast as part of the amenities before heading out for the day. By the way, we were in Indiana for a Fall Parents Weekend at Purdue, which happened to coincide with 3 performances by Taylor Swift in Indianapolis. The hotel was probably about at capacity, but all staff were accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and by far, this one is certainly subpar, according to the standards that HI are known for. Super disappointed with this one.

Nice pool area. Breakfast was fine. Orange juice was bad. Coffee was good. 1st room we were given, had blood colored stains, at the head of the bed on the mattress pad/protector, we asked for a difference room, out of fear of a bed bug problem in the first room. We were finally given a different room. Housekeeping does not come everyday, but did stop by to replace desired towels, ect.. Not very good lighting in the room especially near the beds. Overall, I would stay somewhere else next visit. Safe area to stay overnight. 1st room noisy neighbors, 2nd room neighbors were quieter.

Everything was great except the breakfast. There was little to choose from, and the lady working the kitchen was rude. She was more concerned about closing the kitchen doors early than keeping them open until 10 a.m. Kudos to the other staff, they were great!
