I like the text option for things we need, like requesting towels. The staff delivered the towels immediately. I like the 24 hours coffee machine because coffee is life! The Internet is fast and reliable. Cable TV is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Tabasco factory at Avery Island. Overall, we had a great stay as a family.

I loved the cleanliness of the property. The smell once you enter through the front doors was awesome. The clean lines, yet simplicity of the inside of the hotel was the most welcoming. I truly hope this property will always remain new, clean, and fresh smelling even after years later. Great job.
