It is good place, if you are looking for a stay, for a night or two,if you are passing by. Not luxurious but decent. Not sure about the area around. Room was neat and clean, good parking spots. Only thing it needs a new bath tub. Paint in bath tub was peeling. That the reason I would rate 4 out of 5.

I’ve stayed at the Smart Stay on several occasions. The price is very affordable and I’ve never had any problems with my stays. Plus the rooms are very clean and kept up. I will stay there again. 😁

Breakfast would have been nice! I was told I needed to tell them that I wanted my room cleaned ahead of time so I couldn't get my room cleaned. The pictures are very deceiving however the staff was nice.

Rooms looked clean and smell was good. Unfortunately the bed sheets on both beds were full of crumbs and dark hairs. We ended up sleeping on top of the duvets. Didn’t notice until midnight and office was closed. Very easy to hear talking in nearby rooms. Price was cheap and now I know why. Management seemed unconcerned at checkout.

Standard place, it was alright
Not bad place, pretty standard, bed was high, I had to climb up(!) but comfortable, although the fitted sheet was too small and wouldnt stay on, it barely covered the bed! Shower was hot. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can get them between 6-11am, and the train line is across the road so you do hear them rolling through every 10-20 minutes from about 4:30am, well that’s when I first heard them anyway.

The area was a bit sketchy, but I never felt unsafe. I was woken up several time during the 3 nights with sirens- which I know they couldn't do anything about. We didn't always have hot water. Which after being at a festival all day sweating and hair full of dust was irritating. The bathtub had been painted and was peeling. The room was clean, bedding and floors clean. Owners were very friendly and pleasant. Would stay again.
