I booked this hotel for the 4th of July this year and upon arrival I notice that the hotel is on the older side and decently taken care of. Also, during our stay we encountered the hotels breakfast area was flooded with water from our room (located above the breakfast area) to which it had a plumbing issue and we had to move to another room. Overall stay was decent but wouldn’t book again

It was very disappointing. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and we asked where the elevator was the service desk had to think about it. Then said “you have to use the stairs, we don’t have one”. We then asked for a 1st floor room but he told us there wasn’t one & we would have to use the stairs. We tried to explain that we have a hard time going up & down stairs. All he could say is sorry you have to use the stairs. He wouldn’t cancel out the reservation so we could go somewhere else. We also asked about breakfast was he said “ I don’t know”. He seemed to just want us to go away and leave him alone.
