I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience, but there were a few key areas that left me disappointed. First, the room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were also great—plenty of variety to start the day off right. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was less than ideal. The front desk staff didn't acknowledge me as I approached the desk, and I had to be the one to initiate the interaction. Once I did, the tone I received was condescending, which made the entire check-in process feel uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as the rest of the stay was pleasant. While the hotel itself met most of my expectations, the lack of hospitality at check-in definitely impacted my overall experience. I hope they work on improving this aspect for future guests.

Great place in the heart of the buzz.

Hotel staff were super sweet, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only 2 "complaints", which are just personal preference, are that 1. The room darkening curtain doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the window, so there is a gap and the sun shines directly into it in the morning. 😢 There is a 2nd decorative curtain that does go down, but it is more see thru, so doesnt so much. 2. The bed is HARD as a rock. Like, it was so firm you could bounce a quarter off of it to the ceiling. It is still 5 stars because it was just a great place, and I'm not gonna penalize for personal preference. Definitely recommend!!
