Informação errada no site
No site consta que tem quarto com 2 camas de casal, mas para surpresa no checkin foi informado pelo recepcionista que não existe quarto com 2 camas de casal, apenas quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, mas não tinha acomodação disponível no momento. Diante disso tivemos que contratar mais um quarto no hotel e pagar as diárias deste quarto por conta da confusão que não foi resolvido pelo hotel.com. Solicitamos a diária referente a este quarto que teve que ser contratado por informação errada no site e ninguém se responsabilizou por isso.
