Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least. On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.
