Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Terrible Experience
The most worsening experience have seen using hotels. The air conditioning is not working and bathroom isn't the right for the size of the room. Wi-Fi is not working. Also the hot water is not working. Very hopeless and terrible situation, the HEALTH AND SAFETY is Zero! Their advert is TOTAL DECEPTIVE to customers. Overall treatment is ZE4😭😭😭
