Easy access to the marina and town. Large beautiful and clean room. Wonderful staff. The Portuguese restaurant was delicious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Liked the greenery & fish pond. Didn't like that the hallways had no ventilation, odd smell & very hot. The water pressure in the washroom sink was way to strong. Water splashed all over the counter (wasteful). The fridge only works if the room key was in the slot. Bad for the fridge cause it could fault out. Should be on a different circuit

The marketing photos of the hotel online were misleading and makes you think it’s located right near the ocean. It’s not! And totally closed in by buildings around. The pool is not very big but surrounded by so many guests at the pool with lounge chairs fully occupied. Very old and stale in all common areas and really need updating ! Funky layout of rooms on several separate levels with connecting corridor and elevator upon arrival servicing one floor only requiring guests to use stairs to different elevator in order to get to their room. Then needing to use stairs in between floors etc. just really tacky. The room we were in was clean however. The Portuguese restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Not coming back to this hotel again!

It was an easy walk from the train station. A nice on-site pool with free shuttles busses to the beach. 10 min walk to city center.

The hotel is tired and needs work, a complete Reno. Our shower had black mould in all the corners, lots of it. Behind the bathroom sink huge black mould. The toilet seat was cut somehow and missing parts. The hotel pool was missing flooring tiles and the patio deck was horrible conditions. The bartender in the inside lounge tried to tell me that they only had warm red wine. The dinning restaurant there I must say had great food, but that is it, they late to serve between meals and the prices are over rated compared to the area and even with Madrid 5 star hotels we went to. All in all never again for me. The pictures they use are doctored up otherwise I would have never stayed there. The receptionist are great and friendly but that's all. I do not like to give such reviews but I felt I must.

The hotel, staff and food were fabulous. We were a bit surprised that we had no view when staying for 9 nights but really enjoyed our room. We also really liked getting free drinks if we stayed green and not washing our towels everyday. Thank you for the great hospitality and your lication was fabulous as well. We loved our stay and will tell our friends in Canada.
