I really wanted to love this place but too many cons outweigh the pros.
Pros,The staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is absolutely paradisiac and magical. The view from the premium apartment balcony was magical. The fact that the property was steps from Playa Lugun was amazing and their private access to clear waters and wonderful snorkeling was incredible. The bed was comfortable.
Cons, the apartment (#19) is very OUTDATED, along with the furniture, where there were visible stains on the couch that I was deterred from sitting on them and unable to enjoy the living room, plus thereās NO A/C and it gets extremely hot (only upstairs in the bedroom and if you go over 15 kw / day youāll be charged ). The bath mats had stains on them. The upstairs sliding door grates and is hard to open. The fan in the living room was extremely dirty and dusty, but when I asked for it to be cleaned it was instantly cleaned, along with the very smelly bathroom upstairs, (they immediately put chemicals in the toilets and sinks to remove the smell). The kitchen is old and I felt I had to wash anything before I used it.
If youāre looking for a great location with magical views and wonāt be spending much time in your room, this is the place. But if youāre looking to relax in a clean apartment without worrying about using too much electricity and A/C and with ocean views, there are other options at a better rate.
