I don’t usually leave a review but I just have to say that Patrick is one of the best! The moment we walked in, he made us feel so welcomed which made our stay extra special. He also gave us recommendations which was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach and had complimentary beach chairs and umbrella so it was very convenient. Room was clean and breakfast was ok.

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is nice. Only complaint is cleanliness of rooms. Our walls in room and bathroom were filthy. Had to take cold showers, there was not any hot water. The sink bowl in the bathroom was leaking from the base. Floors were dirty with marker all over. Could be a really cute hotel with some attention and better cleaning.

Art Hotel was clean, affordable and across the street from a beautiful Laguna beach. It was walking distance to some great coffee (EQ), a few good restaurants, a cute Mercado Market, pet suppy (which we needed) and close to trolley pickup for venturing downtown. The property was undergoing a needed glow up during our stay (which was not disclosed in advance), with exterior painting and repairs happening on the Monday we were there. There is also a lot of street noise, dampened somewhat when the slider is closed. We had a King/Balcony room that faced the street. The room was updated, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall ,worth it for the value and location.
