I first want to say the property is very wonderful, great location, very clean, a block from the beach; unfortunately, there is no staff working on. They are at the main hotel up the street. Every time you need something you need to call the main hotel and they have to come down or you have to walk up the street to get it. The front door is locked and they give you a door code to get in. Not my favorite way to get in and out of a hotel. Also, they charge a resort fee. this is NOT a resort. It is a motel. I was told they have a Jaccuzzi at the other hotel again up the street that you can use and beach chairs where again nobody is working. I had to wash my own coffee cup becuase they didn't have any clean ones for coffee in the morning. Valet to park in the space i pulled in. I don't think so. VERY unreasonable and gougy. For the price of the room there is no need to extort people for extra fees. I refused this. That being said the staff is wonderful and does there best to be accommodating considering they are running back and forth up the street.
