Air conditioner in my room was screaming loud. They sent someone down to fix it who did get it half as loud but it was still really loud. Came back from my job to find my room door open. Cleaners didn't close the door properly but it didn't close right so I don't blame them. Luckily nothing was missing. hand rail going up to the room were rusted through. 45 dollar a day valet only parking bothered me as well. Never a good surprise. View was incredible from my room. Property doesn't appear to be being maintained

The Bahia suites needs another upgrade with floors, vanity, and kitchen. Two front stove top eyes didn’t work. We were able to use the back two stove top but still cumbersome for cooking.

The twin bed room had an interconnected door where you can hear the neighbors. No privacy. Also the shower valve doesnt work well. The good is the location

The rooms are definitely old and not updated. But it had beach access and a lot of food options walking distance. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would stay again.

We got a 2 bedroom with a balcony for a night. The living room tv did not work. The living room air did not work, and there were ants in the bathroom. Not just a few ants a whole trail. And there was sand everywhere. I get its by the beach so i dont really care about the sand but on hardwood floors it may bother people. The place was basically a run down apartment complex. Great location but needs updating.

The room I booked was a two bedroom non-ocean view room was marketed as a three star and looked comfortable and somewhat updated in the photos that were listed. The room I got was a disgrace . The beds were new and clean, but everything else was completely dilapidated. It had visible stains in the ceiling, dirty furniture, cabinets that were falling off the hinges, laminate floor that was coming up, very dirty grout in the kitchen, was worn overall and shabby and not as described. There was no way I was going to stay in this room. I had to pay to upgrade to the ocean front room, which was great and honestly reflected the photos that were shown of this hotel. But I feel deceived for not given what was pictured and forced to pay more as the original room that I was given was not acceptable. It was one star not three.

Rooms need to be updated, sliding door is hard to open. For how much they charge, they should at least give you a complimentary bottle of water. Luckily there is a Ralph's across the street. But at the end of the day the view is everything. Location, location, location.

Misleading pix of the rooms. Very old hotel

The pictures that are displayed for the hotel are from their most recent renovated building. When you choose your room the impression is that you are staying at a clean modern hotel when in fact it is old and dingy. We reserved a studio suite 1 queen 1 king with a kitchenette. The carpet, couch annd bedding are all dingy and dirty. I asked the front desk if we can be switched to a room with flooring since the kids like to be barefoot but they said all rooms have carpets and unless I wanted to pay the difference of the current rate to be in the newer building then there was nothing they had to accommodate. Luckily we are only staying one night. They should use pictures of the actual rooms and not mislead with pictures of the newer building rooms.
