Everyone who worked there was super kind and I like that in the room they gave you earplugs and had a white noise or Ocean Sounds to play at night because it is on PCH -thats a laguna thing …and other hotels are stayed at on the same street didn’t have those extra touches.❤️ I’ll always be coming back here - the beds were super comfortable!! Everything was sparkling clean and anything I asked for it was immediately accomidated. The absolute best part is the rooftop very large recreational seating area, lounge, couches, and pool area with stunning views.

Great stay with spacious room and great view!

Very smooth check in online.Although they have a front desk person if you need assistance. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the rooftop pool area of the beach was beautiful! Jason provided great customer service!

We checked in late tuesday night so we just change and straight to bed. My wife took a shower first and the shower isnt draining. The room has no phone to call the front desk we had to use our cell phone to call. I told them that we r in the hurry we need to shower and head out. Customer service said they will have someone up there and it may take 12 hours for them to come. I asked them if we switch room cause we need to head out. They absolutely refused. We waited for over an hour. No one came so we just changed and head out. We came back that night and the shower still hasnt been fixed and no one clean our room. I called the customer service again. 30 min later someone showed up. He said someone already fixed it. I said no they didnt. The guy didnt trust me. He came in and checked it out. It still not fixed. He offered us another room to shower and customer service offered 50 dollars credit like we gon come back there after all this??? They r crazy...

I liked the pool and hot tub area but i’d rather have key cards rather than the pin or app because the pin would sometimes not work or my phone was dying. I liked the easy access to customer service through the app!

Very noisy location. Room was a little too austere but the worst thing was the bed. It was so low we could hardly get in and out of it! The best thing about this place is the delightful staff.
