The hallways smelled horrible. We had to call several times just get towels. We also had issues getting bedding and pillows down the sleeper couch. The carpet in the room was discussing and I the ahower has mold.

This was an amazing stay. Staff was polite & helpful. Room was awesome they upgraded me for free. Pool was clean. Hottub was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up.

Front end staff is amazing, greet you as you come in, make sure you got all your stuff before you head to yiur room. Snack shop right there at the front desk. Great place to stay. Ive been there several times in the last 2 months

Staff is great, Very helpful willing to go out of the way to help. I do not like the fact that the washer dryers did not work. The last couple of times I was here. I think it's ridiculous that they have one washer and one dryer for this large facility, and neither one of them work. Please get them fixed. I don't wanna have to stay at another facility, But if I did it would be sonesta simply. They have five washers six dryers and they are free. I just don't like their $200 dollar deposit.

I gave Sonesta 5 stars because of Sarah. I’ve watched her navigate 2 very irate customers. She handled their complaints with utmost equanimity. This will always be my go to place to stay. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it’s perfect for travelers who want easy access to Laguna and airport.

Our room was smelly, when the AC was turned off. Turns out the carpet in front of the bathroom was wet. Pre paid breakfast is totally not worth it. Short staffed when I was there, it was during Labor Day weekend. I don’t want to report or anything what was wrong. The staff tried to help from the cafeteria and jump to check in - out desk. One person working, I feel bad for the employee.
