Property was clean, new and comfortable. Location is O.K., but right next to the freeway, so ambient noise, and there are no real restaurants close to the property. Fast food, yes, restaurants, no.

Property is outdated and dirty. Carpet in hallways is stained and smells. Carpet in room and furniture in room is stained. There is no bar, there is no breakfast. This place is outdated and nasty, I will not stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms and the staff at this Sonesta Select property. I liked the functionality of the furniture in the room. Also the young woman at the desk on Friday and Saturday mornings was very efficient and friendly (sorry I don't know her name to commend her)

The staff were very nice. The quality of the property was a bit worn. The shower curtain was missing, most of the weights in the weight room were missing, breakfast was cold as was the coffee. I would not recommend this property.

To stay at this hotel, guests must inspect bathroom condition first so you don't get unpleasant surprises when you get back to the hotel in the middle of the night. On our first night, after we got back to the hotel, we took a shower but the body wash gel and shampoo bottles were empty. So we used their bar soap instead. The following morning before we left we requested for fresh towels and to refill the empty bottles. When we got back to the hotel in the middle of the night we were gonna take a shower but no fresh towels but the bottles were refilled. So we went downstairs to request for fresh towels. Steven, their night person was very apologetic and helpful, he provided us what we needed. Housekeeping should pay attention to this little things before letting in checked in guests
