Room was excellent. Had a problem at checkout. Major language barrier

The rooms are very small, the same goes for the bathroom. After a 11 hour flight all I wanted to do was have a hot shower and sleep however the water was warm even after running the shower for 10 minutes. The curtains could not fully close which allowed light into the room. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear everyone that walks through the passage. If you want to rest, I would not recommend. The staff was really helpful and kind. They did offer free breakfast for the inconvenience.

It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower and the lights hadn’t been dusted. The room was sound proof from the street but very noisy in the corridor. The rooms have baths but the water won’t fill because of the draining system. The sauna also wasn’t working. Overall I wouldn’t recommend

Excelente apart-hotel! A localização é ótima, o apartamento é muito limpo, confortável e bem equipado. O check-in foi fácil e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e eficiente. Tudo estava exatamente como anunciado, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila e agradável. Recomendo com certeza e voltaria a me hospedar aqui em uma próxima viagem.
