We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right on the beach and although it only has a few amenities, it is well kept and provides everything you need. Its clean and the rooms are well equipped. If you dont want to rent a car, it is right by a bus stop. We thought it was great value. I would stay again...but would bring my own pillows! That would be my only feedback, they need to replace the pillows.

Good value for money, but service is not great
Property seems to be a mix of condos and rooms for short term rental, which was a bit weird/confusing and not clearly stated here. We did get a studio room with a lovely balcony and sea view, and it was very spacious & clean. We arrived at about 8pm and needed to do late check-in, which was not the easiest (we had to call the front desk of the adjacent property & I was asked to provide CC details over the phone). I was a bit surprised that the property did not email us to let us know what the late check-in procedure was (as well as the normal hours). Parking was a challenge, and we only learned during the check in by telephone that we could park in the adjoining property. My husband later found out that we could also have directly checked in there. A nit-pick - they refused to give us additional coffee after 2 packets provided at check-in and mentioned that they would be charged.

This property is part of a timeshare group. I wasn’t aware of that until after I booked it. Our flight was delayed so we got in after hours. It was difficult locating someone to obtain our key. A lock box of some sort may have been a great idea for after hours check in. Also, our room was never cleaned. I’m guessing that’s something we were supposed to request. We just decided to keep it near ourselves. Also, we were invited to listen to a sales pitch regarding the property, however AFTER we got up early to attend the meeting, we were told that we didn’t pay enough for the room to be eligible to sit through the sale meeting. Also, the fire alarm went off during our stay. The fire dept didn’t dispatch. That was concerning. The on-site security checked the alarm and declared it was safe to return to our rooms. It was anxiety inducing to say the least. The area is quiet and safe.

Large space for a great price. There was a full-sized kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The bedroom and living room were pretty much the same size and very big. There were two full baths as well.

Great hotel for the price. Nothing fancy. Big room with a well stocked kitchen. The beach on the property is small and so is the parking lot. But is only about 1.5 miles to better beaches. Great if you aren’t hoping to spend a lot of time in your room. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view of the ocean. And surprisingly, the pull out sofa was pretty comfortable.

They ruined my honeymoon. The advertisement (online & Expedia) is very misleading. The layout of the studio doesn’t make sense; ie, the stove is next to the bed so when you cook, the bed would smell like food, and the overhead microwave with the fan is behind the cooking area (not above). The service…the receptionist is rude, and unhelpful. The A/C did not work and was dripping water over the bed- because it is stationed above the bed. They sent a “tech” over that did nothing but vacuumed the water. I asked to change rooms and she told me, “nothing is available, and she’ll let me know if something becomes available.” Of course I come to find out that she was lying because on the same day the event happened, the housed someone in the room right next to mine. There are tons of random people that uses the area for the amenities, and beach so the outside parking gets packed. There was even a transient that camped in the parking lot next to the complex. It made parking nearby when there is no parking in the lot -happens a lot- very sketchy. What a horrible place to stay. I thought I’d pay a bit more to be beach side but next time, I’m just going to stay at a resort that’s probably a much cleaner, newer, and in a safer location. Steer clear of this location.
