I hadn't visited Minsk for a long time, and this trip was a mix of business and family. A few family members recommended BonHotel, so I decided to give it a try. What a pleasant experience. The staff were great, the food was excellent, and the internet was reliable. Everything was as easy and straightforward as it should be, which made the stay very enjoyable. If I ever need a hotel in Minsk again, I will definitely come back. And to top it all off, I found a condom in the safe, neatly packaged in a hotel-branded envelope. A very thoughtful touch, I thought, although I didn't end up needing it! My only suggestion to the hotel would be to put three condoms in the envelope next time—one doesn't get people very far. :)

The room was VERY HOT. air-conditioning was not working at all. No swimming pool no restaurant on site. Front desk was not able to help. They did not fix AC and did not offer another room where AC actually works.
