Horrible experience Poor customer service If you’re brown they will treat you so bad. Question your stay and each time you are heading to your room They ask you for the room number. Noticed this was only down to brown customers not whites. Very disappointing Place is old and dirty. Things need to be replaced but they won’t do it. Food was okay

I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago it was better than. I was shocked to see the room was smelly carpet worn out same carpet when I visited 23 years ago. In the bathroom the tub/ shower area had mold and fungus. I would rate this property 3*. Only lobby area looked ok.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, lavish interiors, and sophisticated ambiance. The location is also unbeatable,just a short distance from all the major tourist attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making me feel completely at home throughout my stay.
