Great hotel in dry town

Beautiful hotel and location but food options are very limited, mostly food carts. Also important to know this is a dry town. No pina coladas to be had at the hotel or in the town!

Rooms very large, clean, and well appointed. Bathroom wash large with a good shower and well designed for reaching all your personal items. The beds were super comfortable! Maid service was good and they left chocolates on the bed. Yum! Only complaint was we were next to a very noisy group and could hear their conversations, laughing, wrestling, until 2 or 3 in the morning…we think it was a group of teen boys whose parents were in a different room. They slammed doors, ran through the hallways chasing each other while yelling and swearing. McDonald’s was walking distance and good restaurants close by at the Polynesian Cultural Center, also walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Wanted to see the north shore and the Polynesian Cultural Center. This property is right beside the Polynesian Cultural Center. We just walked over. Also very easy to get to anything in the North Shore. Very easy check in. Pool was nice with alot of loungers. Would stay again

Stayed with over 60 people to attend the We Are Samoa Festival. Super close to the PCC which was where we performed. Facilities were amazing for such a large group of teens to never be bored and the Maccas is across the carpark. The staff were AMAZING, patient (when we gave them reasons not to be!) and helpful nothing was ever too hard for them. Has a fantastic laundry we used multiple times daily, a small store and a Starbucks in the lobby. Mahalo to the whole team would love to return in the future.

Everything was so great except the beds in my room made tons of noise and were too low to the ground so was hard to get up each time. I would suggest they switch those beds out completely as we almost requested to switch rooms because of the beds. Everything else was fantastic.

I liked the pool! The beach access across the street was great. The daily housekeeping was wonderful. The bistro line in the morning was very long. And the elevator didn’t work for a couple days during our stay ( we were on the third floor!) but those were minor. I would stay here again!
