What an incredible hotel! Staff service is EXCELLENT, cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were. The concierge helped us arrange trips to the Forbidden City and Great Wall, as well as cars whenever we needed them. The room staff understood our jet lag and cleaned when we were not there. They provided plenty of water and extra towels, which we appreciated. Will we stay here again? Absolutely!

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier.
