We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Ranch Retreat and Conference Center with our family, including a young child and grandparents. The property is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, surrounded by trees and a very relaxing mountain atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the common areas were perfect for a family stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces — the fire pit, seating areas, and overall layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. It felt safe and quiet, which was great for traveling with a child. The location is also a big plus. It’s close to Lake Arrowhead Village, making it very convenient to go out for meals, short walks, and sightseeing, while still feeling tucked away from crowds. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, this is an excellent choice for families or multi-generational trips looking for a calm, comfortable retreat in Lake Arrowhead. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was easy, we could just part out front. the self-check in was smooth and easy as well. Beautiful view, children loved it. Very comfortable beds and pillows, bunk beds were a hit with the kids. TV included streaming services such as YouTube, Disney+, and Netflix which we loved since the other, more expensive, hotels we went to didn't include those. Air conditioning was good and satisfactory. Room was clean and lovely. I only stayed for one night but if I ever came back to Lake Arrowhead, I would definitely stay here again.

Difficult to find the cabin. Ended up going up a hill that led to a private residence so I had to go back down in reverse because of how narrow it was. Some signs or a chain blocking cars would’ve been nice. Another negative were the spiderwebs in the restroom. Good for one night only.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was firm yet comfortable and the wifi was extremely fast. The heat worked very well and the bathroom had nice hot water. It was very nice having a standalone cabin (it really makes the place feel like your own space). Both the refrigerator and microwave worked well. A brilliant little gem that was well worth the money.

Place is pet friendly and we were super happy about it. We have 2 small poms and they had amazing time running around. Parking pretty close to the cabin. Thou at darktime could be challenging since there not enouph light to see path from parking lot to cabin

I stayed at this place and would definitely stay again. It’s perfect for kids and great for exploring the area. Even when there’s snow, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy it. Inside, the bed was comfortable, the place stayed nicely warm, and everything you need for your stay was provided. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the mountains. 10 out of 10

We got a stand alone cabin. It was college dorm room size, as we expected. But was nicely furnished with a warm comfortable bed, pictures, drinking glasses and snacks and a huge nice tv. Very good heater and great little fireplace... which is why we chose it. We were very happy with the cabin and the location... a very easy walk to Lake Arrowhead Village! The Wifi was sometimes in and out, but mostly worked fine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend it, as long as you know it's still a cabin in a forest and all the fun nature things that come with that.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead Ranch Retreat. Parking was easy and convenient, which made arrival stress-free. The service was amazing—staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were originally scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but we arrived early and called, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the original time. That extra consideration made a big difference and set a great tone for our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
The outside of our cabin was pretty.
A coffee shop was located about 4 minutes from the property, making it easy to grab coffee without having to travel far especially because of the weather.
Lake arrowhead village was very close by took us about 5 minutes or so to get there.

I recently stayed at the Arrowhead Ranch Retreat. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained and surrounded by nature. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere makes it a perfect place for retreats or a quite getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a scenic mountain environment. It is also so close to lake and city.

We came in at night and had trouble finding our room in the dark. Angel, property manager, answered our message right away met us outside in the heavy rain and escorted us to our room. Room was clean and cozy. 10/10 experience! We will be back!
