Best Amenities In The Area

This hotel has the best amenities in the area. Lake access, pool, jacuzzi, great views, easy access to the Lake Arrowhead Village (Upper and Lower). A Large property with a great restaurant (we had Breakfast there) and a Spa which was AMAZING. It is truly the hotel with the best amenities in the area. Sadly, it's seen its best days and is not well kept. Carpets are starting to bubble up, wall papers are starting to peel, and the conditions just feel it needs a fresh makeover. Even parts of the exterior had paint peeling... The room we stayed at was labeled Tranquility Suite... it had a Jacuzzi Tub. Size was small for a suite. Bathroom conditions were "tired", bed was not comfortable, for some reason they used a metal frame that was too large for the bed so we would hit our legs on the frame when getting off the bed... and this was a suite :( When you look at the area as a whole, this is is still the hotel with the best amenities, not the best or most comfortable conditions, but has everything in one place. For us, it was the best choice.

Great lodge! Cool vibe, the jacuzzi & pool are small for the size of the hotel. I feel like a lodge is a better word to describe it than a resort. It’s not luxurious, but it fits the vibe of the area & is a great place to spend a couple days

The room was comfy and the guest services was excellent. Beautiful/peaceful nature made for amazing hikes. I took a chance on the resort restaurant and was amaze at the wonderful decor and dinning experience. The steak was delicious/juicy.

Property is nice, great location. Booked a lake view, room. When we got there they gave us lake side, with a view of a condo in front of it. The room was ok, clean but definitely needs attention. The bed was terrible you could hear the springs make noise when you sat down. I would recommend looking for a different hotel if you’re wanting a good night sleep.
