Pool was amazing! You see the pool when you are checking in and does not disappoint, the property it self was very clean and looks premium, the rooms were clean and beds really comfy, Casino was a lot of fun. Would for sure come again.

Whike checkin was easy, the rest of the stay was a little rocky. Found it very hard to get drinks while at the pool, not enough servers and bartenders were overwhelmed. Sunday was even worse. As for the room, only 2 plugs worked in our room, hard to charge multiple phones/watches and computers. As for bathroom, only issue was that it took 15 minutes to get hot water.

My main complaint is that the room I reserved is not what we got. I reserved a King Deluxe room that advertises a balcony with furniture and large tub, and checked in at 3:30 before our 4:00 check in time, but got told the room isn’t available. I already had reservations that cost over $435 for ONE night. We were issued a “nice” room with a “bigger bathroom”, and turned out to be a handicap accessible room “that has a bigger balcony”. Eat or bring snacks. They do not have food nearby or snack bar through the night while gambling. Also, swim first or right after early dinner. A bit inconvenient- The resort fee is not expected at check in, but the pool is only open for the first 5 hours and then it is closed until near time to check out the next morning.
