They could not get the key to work on our unit so we could only have one (master?) key for 3 people. Pool bathroom toilet not flushing. Although they provided filtered water station I believe the filters needed changing as the water tasted very chlorinated. The staff was the friendliest and tried to help us as much as possible but the key was a maintenance issue that they could not fix.

I called for room service was put on hold. Found out my wife had already done the same thing. Was left on hold for long time. I hung they did not call me or wife back. The girl at checkin and at checkout were friendly. The breakfast area was open but when we started which was after 6:30 we were told its a holiday and we don't start till 7 and they made us leave the are and closed the doors and were not very friendly about it.

The property was nice but the tub/shower had mold in the corner of the tile. It was pretty significant. I took a picture and showed the front desk person and asked to be switched to another room. I can’t understand how the cleaning person could think that was ok to leave the tub and shower in that condition and think a guest would be ok with that. Maybe someone else would have been but I wasn’t. The front desk person was very helpful and apologetic. Thankfully there was another room available to move us to.

If you're driving on highway 10, it is nice to go ahead and go the extra way and stay at this hotel. Comfortable and close to dining and shopping.

I had to request all new bedding. The duvet covered was dirty and stained and the sheets had a blood stain. AC was not working great. And there was never any hot water. For the price, I found this holiday inn to be lacking.
