The property is dated and not located in a nice area. Some of the staff were great but others seemed to not care. Bellman services were poor due to lack of staff but the staff who were available were really good. Because of the lack of staff the property should consider carts for guests so they do not have to wait for bellman services.

We were treated by a young man with a tissue hanging out of his nose, he could not run the computer to check us in. We waited 8-10 minutes for another person, who was rude. The only words spoken was that’ll be 64 dollars, tap here! The slots better pay off this morning for you to see me again!

“Since you booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), we can’t help you.” I was not satisfied with room location. Bed linens were worn and obvious stains. Most of the vending machines were out of stock.
