Had a great stay. Only disappointment was that a number of the restaurants and poolside bars were not opened. Also, pool closes a little early. That said, it really didn’t affect my stay. We had a great time and the staff was great.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was clean and quiet. Since we were there on a Sunday night there was no construction noise. It was cute that the hotel provided ear plugs just in case there was noise. This is our preferred casino resort in Lake Charles. We will visit again.

First time there … property was nice …. Surprised so many shops and restaurants not open!! Room was OK … adjacent room dwellers woke up at 5:00 am each morning with their loud voices and sneezing nonstop! We were put in a room that had an adjacent room … that allowed all the noise to filter into ours ..,, it was horrible!!!
