When we first arrived they "could not find my reservation". An agent from hotels.com called the hotel to confirm we had a reservation. The hotel could not "resolve the issue on their side" which led me to cancel the hotel.com reservation and book directly at the hotel. This was 20% more expensive. We eventually got a room and entered a room that had no sheets on the bed, no remotes for the tv, and dead bugs on the floor and furniture. So we made our own bed and got out of there as soon as we could.

I love how the original day I was suppose to be there I had to reschedule. They called me asking if everything was ok. The following Sun I checked in granted the hot tub and ice machines weren't working but very friendly and easy check in. The room was wonderful and I plan on staying here next time I go to Florida. They did tell me that the next few months they will be remodeling the hotel.

Reserved a non smoking room due to asthmatic child had to move rooms cause definitely not non smoking. Then picked hotel for whirlpool which wasn't working and closed down. Mattresses and bedding all stained and our room had no hot water and our feet and socks were black from floor. Area was rough not an area for a woman and child to go alone thankfully my spouse was with us. Check-Out was a rask waited for staff whom was in bathroom for 15 minutes and came out without washing hands. Definitely would not stay again. Also left side was long term with not best class of people if you get my drift!

The couple that own the hotel was very nice. Everything was clean,the owner tried to stay on top of staff making sure of cleaness and pool being clean. He had to let staff go when we was there but replaced them the next day. The lady who cleaned the pool her boys thru rocks all in the pool but he removed them before we went to the pool the next day. The rocks were not in the pool until the day she was cleaning the pool with her 2 boys. That was uncomfortable stepping on rocks. The outside does need some tlc,more grooming and fixing done on by the pool and the bridge. Overall staff was nice,rooms was clean,bed was comfortable, pet friendly and free continental breakfast was good.

Pictures were completely deceiving. Tub was filthy. Room was filthy. Two of our family members were bitten by bugs in the night. We woke up to the smell of weed every morning. Microwave did not work.
