It was okay. Had to leave the pool area twice with my kids due to other kids under 13 cussing up a storm and fight fighting while the parents watched and listened. Listening to a kid scream and cry because a dad was beating on his kid in the parking lot.

We walked into the room and left. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The door would not close. This place honestly should be condemned. I have never given this harsh of a review but this hotel deserves it. Waisted $00.

The only things in the room were a refrigerator, a TV, an iron, and sheets and pillows on the bed. There were no blankets and everything else that was supposed to be in the room wasn’t there. No coffee pot, no hairdryer, no shampoo, conditioner, or soap! There was mold in the bathtub, on the floor, the sink, and the toilet. There were also roaches. Was the second room. The first one we were moved from was exactly the same except it smelled strongly like human urine as well. As a different smell altogether. The manager was very rude when I tried to show him and said “the room is already paid for and you stayed the night. Do you want to move to a different room“. Kept trying to explain to him. I was going to a different hotel and that I was not going to attempt to stay in another room at that hotel, and be charged for it for being exactly the same. NEVER STAY HERE!

Worst Expierence Ever

When I reserved the room for the night it was a special treat for my daughter who is special needs. We were looking forward to the use of the pool and jacuzzi. When we arrrived we were told that it was being worked on. The manager said that he would go check and see if it was finished. He came back with the answer we wanted to hear. The repairs were complete and it was ready for use. My daughter was very excited to be able to use the jacuzzi and pool amenities. We went straight to the room; changed and headed staight to the jacuzzi. Much to our surprise when we walked in the bathrooms were backed up over floweing on to the floor. Towels were laid down around the toliet. It smelled like a sewer and then when I turned around the jacuzzi was covered in black mold. I wouldnt stick my toe in it much less my entire body. I appoligized to my daughter and suggested that we just go to the pool. Im not sure why I was surprised. At that point I went back to the office to complain they acted as if nothing was wrong. There were 3 other couples standing at the front desk waiting to speak to the manager about the condition of there rooms as well. I was told by the manager that they would give me a credit 50% off of what I had paid and sorry for the unacceptable conditions of the property but they had only taken of=ver the property the day before. When I cheked my bank several days later I realized that they charged me the full amount. Needless to say I would never stay at a Wyndham again

The property had garbage piled outside of the room. Once I entered the room, the door was broken, the room was dirty, and had rotting all over the bathroom floorboards. We left and stayed somewhere else.

I would be ashamed if I was the owner, the facility was ran down, dirty, disgusting, no care was put into this hotel, I will start from the parking lot, buy a power washer and clean it, my shoes stuck to the asphalt as I walked to the room, bringing in dirt and sticky substances inside to the carpet. The door to the room, didn't seal properly, letting in bugs (woke up with 2 bugs in my bed with me) the door from was cracked, probably from being previously kicked in. The carp was stained up, glad i had my crocs to walk on the carpet with. The bed sheets had stains and previous human hair on they, the towels need better cleaning, supposed to be white but they were not, the lamp flickered because of the outlets were loose when plugging in anything electrical, the walls had stains and substances not cleaned off, cracks in the drywall and peeling paint. the ac unit had some liquid that had been spilled on it, didnt work well, the window was very old and needs replaced, definitely not energy efficient. If I new my name (Baymont by Wyndham) was used by an independent owner, it would be removed, and I would be ashamed. The owner needs to put some time and money into this place or get the corporate name removed from advertising. Not happy with this stay.

Bad place to stay doesn't look like pictures

Was scared to get out of my car. Me and my daughter and 2 grandkids. The pool was green the beautiful pond in the picture was a mud hole. we smelled marijuana before we went down the little hill and worse once we was there had only made reservations a few hours earlier was scared to get out of the car so we called the hotel and was told we could get a refund to call bookings and tell them what had happened and we would get a full refund. Now the hotel nor bookings will give me a refund. Do not stay there the pictures are not what it looks like

Got there is a charge card they didn't have any ink to print out any receipt went to the room TV refrigerator not working toilet was running constantly went back told him what was going on they said he would come and take a look I was sitting in the the room waiting and a few minutes later a woman comes in with her luggage opens the door with her card that she got from the front desk stating that they gave her this room, even though I was getting this room 15 minutes ago. That was enough for me to say enough is enough to get out very unhappy very unprofessional and have somebody rewrite a card that you just got to gain access to your room. Person at the front desk claims that he can't refund me back so I had to call my credit card company and have them disputed very unhappy never go there again.

We didn’t like anything! The room was FILTHY and the entry door had been kicked in. The poor repair work allowed for bugs to enter. We refused to step into the tub and I waited to brush my teeth at a rest stop the following morning. After 15 hours of traveling, we were forced to spend the night; otherwise, we would have not stayed. “Remodeled “ was certainly an understatement! Needless to stay, we didn’t stick around for breakfast. Be weary if you see the manager leaving the next door room holding a can of bug spray.

We booked the hotel for the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told the pool had been closed for 3 days due to a leak. Front desk did not know what he was doing. Refused to give Expedia permission to refund while standing there on the phone with them and then hung up on Expedia after hollering at them.

This property is in a great location! Lots of beaches clae by. World class fishing! The kids absolutly loved the pool. Morning coffee & sunrises where beautiful. Lots of wildlife around the water! I would defintly stay again. All questions & communication was prompt!
