They did not have my reservation in their system. I showed them the confirmation email from Expedia and they then said they had it from Expedia but itw wasnt in their system. They said their system needed to be updated. They had we wait 20 minutes to see if their system would update. It did not update so they said to stop back to sign additional paperwork.

My family come and stays at this property yearly for our family reunion and it has always been a great experience. Except this visit this weekend. My tub was backing up to nearly my 6 year old son's knees. I thought the phone had no cord, so I called the front office with my cell phone to tell them about the tub. When the maintenance guy came up to fix the tub, he also checked on the phone. The cord was behind the desk that sits between both beds and the amount of dust that was back there was shocking to me. The carpet also needs a good cleaning or just update to no carpet floors like many hotels are doing now. Lastly, the pool was extremely cold when it is usually nice and warm or at least room temperature. The staff still makes it worth the visit. They're all really nice and will try to help however they can. That's why we keep going back.

Home Away From Home

I've stayed at this location twice now & it is by far my favorite place to stay. Staff is always super friendly & accommodating. Rooms are clean & super comfy. Can't say enough about this place.
