The room was quiet and very spacious with the added couch and coffee table. The floor lamp didn’t have a light bulb and I was told we had to wait for the night staff maintenance person to come on duty. At 10:30 pm no one had come. I didn’t need an electrician, just a light bulb!! Luckily the breakfast earned this place a more favorable review!

No soap or shampoo stacked and the bathroom sink was dirty. When i called for soap and shampoo, they said it can be picked up at the front desk, as i stand there im a towel

A bit disappointing

I think the room with a King size bed (just needed one bed, not two), being set up for someone with disabilities, doesn’t get much activity. The room smelled a bit damp, like the AC hadn’t been run. The room was clean enough overall. There want any soap in the soap holder, which apparently was broke. But the biggest problem was that the room was on the corner of the building closest to the main road and the highway and it was noisy. All night noisy for that reason. With a blackout curtain that didn’t shut entirely. I didn’t stop for a breakfast but it looked like a pretty nice set up. The lobby and check in desk was clean and almost cozy with the fireplace. The staff I interacted with were both very nice. Just wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall great!

Overall it was a great stay close to food and shopping. Everyone was friendly, the breakfast was decent. Our only complaint would be the weird earthy smell that seemed to be out in the hallway, the room didn’t have the smell, just the hallway.
