Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five, and the bed was comfortable — I slept well for the most part, though I did wake up in the middle of the night sweating. One downside was the hallway on the fifth floor, which was humid and had a musty smell. The continental breakfast was decent for a free option, but the area was very small and overcrowded, which made it a bit chaotic. We only stayed one night on our way to Universal, and for that purpose, the hotel served its function — a place to rest while traveling to Orlando.

Quick overnight stay

Great stay, just for over night. The room and bathroom were clean. Great shampoo and conditioner since I had forgotten mine! The only issue I had was my door handle was hard to open. It was sticking or something, made it difficult to open. Other than that, no other issues.

I came in with a migraine headache from driving. A really nice lady named JUJU got me settled in and was so nice. I wish all hotels had a Juju like her. Later that evening she helped me find a really nice Chinese place. I was so grateful. A strange town late at night can be scary. With her help I got there and back with my food.
