Good enough for a quick stay, but thats it.
We needed a place to stay for a night. Not a lot of good options in the area. The few in Lake City were pushing 300/night. The room was aceeptable, but had a musty/pet smell, and my wife didnt feel safe. It works in a pinch, but would never stay here with young kids. Breakfast was bare minimum.

Not far from springs
Breakfast was lacking however I anticipated this and brought breakfast food for my family. Otherwise adequate accommodations if you want to get to the springs early. Good dining options nearby.

Would not stay again.fan didnt work in the bathroom, phone didnt work so i could call the front deask, there were no Kleenex in the spot they were suppose to be, it reaked of old smoke, the sheets were on inside out and could wait to leave.. and the beds went way down when you sat on it.

Great stay for the area and price!
The room was very clean. Smelled fresh. The AC worked great! It was conviently located next door to a store and The Huddle House. The linens need updating. the comforter was very thin, looked like it was from the 70's and had burn holes in it. There was no blanket and as well as the AC worked i would have appreciated one or a thicker comforter. They have a continental breakfast that starts at 6:30. When i went on at 6:50 it did not appear to be set up.

The clerk was very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was nice, with two king sized beds, so it was a bigger suite. We came in late, so other amenities can not be commented on.

My husband had a terrible rash from the bed sheets when we talked to the front desk they said it was just the detergent that they get alot of complaints about it. Also the people who use the hotel as extended stay are very loud and they were drunk with big dogs in the pool area could not even enjoy the facilities. When we checked in and went to the room there were dead bugs on the floor asked for a broom and it never came.

Its a basic room. Theres nothing exciting about the room. You go, sleep, leave. Its beside a semi truck parking lot, and a Huddle House. The location is rural. Its not strategically located anywhere. If you need a last minute room, this it it. Nothings more.

Mold in Bathroom
Horrible. After a long drive reserved this room for the night. Check-In was no issue but in morning after getting sick and throwing up all night, went to bathroom only to find MOLD all in shower and light switch area. Spoke with management and even showed manager mold and was told nothing they could do. No compensation or anything. I have health issues on top of this & believe this enhanced my illness
