In the beginning when I went to go check in when the girl handed me the room key card she loudly stated this is your room. It is room 202 on the second floor elevators are on the right. I did not think you were supposed to tell my room number out loud and I surely did not appreciate it as I am a consistent customer. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Customer service horrible. The person at the front desk needs manners. Twice I thank her and she ignored me completely, or just racist. When I arrived in the room I was given a two queen room. I was already upset of the customer service and exhausted after traveling hours to come and rest, I decided not to go back to office. I should be refunded and given the correct price for 2 queen rate instead of the king which I paid for. I know the rate was different because I made sure to select the king instead of queens.

Would’ve been 5 stars without attitude.
Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel pool was adequate. Only thing keeping from 5 stars is the extremely rude redhead woman working at front desk on 7/12 and 7/13. Very rude, no customer service skills and really didn’t want to get off her phone to help. Keys didn’t work to our room, she never said a word, just slammed them in the machine and threw them back on counter. Surely this place can find someone who actually cares about their job.

Direct tv didn’t work! Fire alarm went off at 6 15 am. Kept going off for over an hour. Scared my 3 grandchildren and caused them to cry. I want my money back!

Stayed for 3 nights. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean, smelled nice and good shower pressure. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillow collection. So Much Potential!
My stay was terrifying 😳. The room itself had the potential to be a very nice stay. The suite were spacious, nice comfy bed, with a nice ambience. The issue was the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had mold all over it which made it an unsafe and uncomfortable space to be in. It ruined 😪 my whole trip. I pray my wife and I don’t have any health issues from this stay.

Terrible water pressure & we were on the 1st floor! It was practically non existent & very little hot water temperature as well. The bathroom was outdated as far as being handicap accessible. Should’ve had a handheld shower too! Only had 1 grab bar to left of entry into tub! There was no other grab bar on the wall across from entry like the website picture showed! There was no safety strips on tub floor or textured floor feature to keep from slipping. Also very stingy with towels-only gave us 2 sets. The faucet for bath tub & sink were reversed for hot & cold usage! In my humble opinion I believe all bathrooms should have a bright night light installed. The 2 Use ports DID NOT WORK! Room needs more than 2 working USB ports this day & age! However the beds & pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Facilities were clean & breakfast area was clean & nice & the offer of powering up your electronic devices was well thought out. Liked the cinnamon rolls!
