Everything about the property was nice. The only Con is that I have is that breakfast wasn’t done on time so we wasn’t able to have breakfast while rushing out to go to a softball game at 6:30 am

This is a pet friendly property. We noticed many dogs of varying sizes. We were skeptical because they could not guarantee that we would not be near a room with a pet (an issue we have experienced at other properties in the past). However, there was no noise, odor or other evidence of animals in our area. Staff are courteous and helpful, property is clean, breakfast area was clean and replenished as needed

First, this is a pet friendly hotel. Expect to see dogs everywhere, probably sleeping in the chaise lounge next to your bed or on your bed. The place smells musty and of dirty dog. My husband chuckled as we were leaving he saw a dog urinating on the front doors. We were both disgusted by all of this and wore shoes at all times. Really, who wants ringworm or worse. Breakfast was “meh”! You could find fresh fruit if needed and yogurt though. Check in and check out was a hassle. Mind you, we arrived as weary travelers and two check ins were ahead of us so patience was required. However, there really was no warm welcome, thank you for choosing to stay with us, etc. Just, here is your room key. The same at check out, “Your all set”. Very disappointing. Lastly, I can’t believe the high ratings. That is shocking to me.
