My 2-month-old granddaughter and daughter-in-law were locked out of the hotel for 12 hours because the front desk person decided to sleep or leave. They lock the front doors and the key for the front door was not allowing people access to the hotel. We called and had customer service call the front desk and there was no answer. This is absolutely unacceptable and I need a refund.

It was dirty, they didn’t clean the bathroom and the towels were so stained that it gave the impression that were not washed properly, they looked dirty.

A for sleeping only hotel. No ice or amenities. Everything is outdated. Vehicle was safe in the lot. No security though. If you need a place to sleep, this is it. Don't expect much more.

The staff was not helpful at all when I asked to switch rooms because the one I booked was infested with fleas. The staff working that shift kept telling me they couldn’t switch me to another room because the system won’t allow it. So the staff insisted I should wait till the morning when the manager show up and asked to get a full refund for the room. I kept waking up constantly throughout the night because of the fleas bites. It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. Definitely not recommended

I did not like my stay at all, I drove for i er 5 hrs to get here. I arrived a little early and ask if early check ing was available, it was not. I asked if i could used the restroom and he died the use even though we were staying ad guess. He said to go to home depo to use the restroom that it was private property and there is nonpublic restroom he was very rude and disrespectful. I came back little before three and there was no body in the lobby, he showed ip after 3:15pm and I finally checked in after 3:30pm. The so was dirty and no remote control. The bathtub had a nasty grease stain from people showering and not cleaning the tub. Carpet in the halls and room was super nasty and smelled bad. Towels were dirty as well or not washed properly. I will not be staying here ever again

Was waiting in the lobby about 20 mins and there was two people that were there before me and they said they had already been waiting for about 25 mins so that was 45 mins they were waiting! Nobody was at the front desk this whole time. No bell no phone. Lots of other people came after me probably about 4 different parties trying to check in. So everyone was in the small lobby waiting to be helped. People were calling the hotel trying to get someone to come help and no answer at all. Finally a worker passes through and he says he will call someone to come help and few mins after he says the man is coming down now and mind you it is already about 3:10pm and check in is at 3pm. The man finally came down pulling a cleaning cart showing us this place must be really understaffed or the cleaners are not doing their job in time. The man was really nice and calmly helped get everyone checked in. But really having all of us waiting here with no answers or knowing when anyone would be at the front desk is bad service. There is alot of unusual people staying here... im from out of town and i thought it would be a decent place ro stay with my family with small children but i get feeling of a run down vegas strip hotel here. I think next time i will pay a bit more to stay someplace down the road where i will feel more comfortable with my kids. Does seem like everyone stays in their rooms no loud noises going on. the people i seen in the lobby when coming or going make me feel unsafe.
