Everything perfect but the front desk!

Your not so nice desk clerk has twice now not been too welcoming. She doesnt wear a name tag, was the blonde at 1:48 pm on 7/1. Telling us we needed to pay an early check-in fee before 2pm, stating our room WAS ready. When i showed her the time on my phone, she then stated it was NOT ready. Stares at us like we are bothering her, no other resort in the area does this, weve been to all if them.

Beautiful resort on Lake Geneva

Beautiful surroundings Main restaurant is great with great food. Parking a little tight but there is free parking. Big resort room was in building three Long walk and a little confusing to find. But lovely resort

We've stayed at the Abbey several times over the years and it's always a great stop, convenient location...Fontana is a lovely town. Over the years thus larger resort has slowly falling apart, looks like they're trying to do their best but major renovations are needed. Okay for price.

Outdated and dirty carpet wherever there was carpet. Non central air in rooms and very warm in public areas/halls, etc. The harbor view is beautiful!!! Best part!!!

The location was perfect. Much quieter than downtown Lake Geneva. Perfect for families with young kids. The pool and splash pad were a big hit. For the most part the resort was well maintained. The exterior room doors could use some paint and rooms could use an update (get rid of carpet). The restaurant’s were good and service was great. Overall a very nice resort. I would definitely go back.

Non working charging station

Good stay ! Had a lot of trouble charging our EV . While booking it said the facility had a charging station, but it was out of order. We had a very hard time finding a charging station to reach back home
