The hotel was close to what we were in town for, so vicinity was good for us. However, the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. They sound like a pull out couch frame with a mattress and feel like it. I asked for an updated room with better beds and the front desk did try to put us in another room but said beds were same. We had a 3 night stay, so we drove to the store and bought a 3” mattress pad that helped. The shower was not very clean when we got to our room and the shower doors would not stay closed so you showered with them open. For it being a “comfort” suites…it was not comfortable. Also, just an fyi the tv’s are not smart tv’s. I know this is just extra but with a longer stay it would have been nice to stream something when we were relaxing. Staff was nice but would not stay again or recommend. Hotel needs a lot of updates and needs to start with their cheap hard beds.

Clean and safe, but expensive and ugly

This is a very new, but very cheaply built and soulless hotel. In late June, we paid premium hotel prices for a budget hotel- three times what I would expect. This is totally fine as a place to stay - safe, clean, comfortable. (Though there is a hint of a musty smell in the room that may get worse over time) it is even better than average in terms of power outlets in the room. But the overall feeling is that the building is cheap. Hallways and common areas are dimly lit with ugly cool-white lightbulbs. Stay here confidently if you need to, but hopefully you have other choices.(Or get the room at a sensible price)

I dont understand why we're charged $225 a night? We stayed 2 nights for $440. 2 ppl. Hotel was okay. But We paid less for Hilton in San Francisco. This place is good for $80 to $100 a night. Room smelled like lysol. The breakfast was free, but toaster was not working, coffee very weak. Won't be back. Sorry. In general you get what you pay for is not applying here.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay. Staff is always pleasant, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. However, for at least the second time, the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors weren't working for the first two days of my stay. They finally started working again mid-week. Not sure if someone complained, I didn't this time. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good.
