Everything was fine, there was a stain in the toilet sit, that makes it look dirty, they should replace it, it gives a first bad impression, the person at the front desk could be a bit more courteous, other that that all good.

We stayed here one night for our anniversary. We played golf at Abbey Springs, which is close to FVI. We had dinner in Williams Bay, which was also nearby, making it all very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs, except the shower head was loose/leaking and water sprayed onto the bathroom floor (simple fix?). We would definitely stay here again.

It was very convenient for a wedding we were attending. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The rooms are a little dark but otherwise had everything we needed for a weekend.

Overall it was fine for one night. However my niece’s bed linens had not been changed as there were black hairs all over the sheets. Gross!!! The room was clean otherwise and quiet. We literally were in the room for about 13 hours so it was okay. Fridge and separate freezer area were good for our leftovers. The price was good for what we got but she had to sleep on top of the sheets—luckily she brought a blanket with her to cover up with. The outlets in our room were loose so we had to plug things into the lamp across the room. Not sure if we would stay again.

Affordable, clean and safe. We were very happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. If you are in lower level, you can hear ppl on the floor above you. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel room and will definitely stay again.

Bad weather postponed our Saturday (2 nites) trip to Lake Geneva. I called in Saturday AM and the woman on the call told me no problem changing he date to Sunday (for 2 nites) The woman at the front desk was the very one I talked to on the phone when we arrived. She insisted I pay for the late cancellation and claimed she never received my call. She told me she would charge me for rescheduled reservation as well if I left without paying both. VERY unprofessional and un-business like. I feel I was scammed. refused and left. It was Sunday afternoon and they had no one in the parking lot; she refused to

They stiffed me with a charge for a rescheduled booking when I arrived; and claimed they never talked to me the morning before. This was a lie. The woman I was talking with was the same who cleared me for the delay. They had virtually no guests when I arrived Sunday at 3PM Hence the 2 Stars, I suppose.
