Enjoy the slopes and an indoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa during the winter, and return in the summer for a round at the resort's golf course.
Grand Geneva Resort & Spa offers 384 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottled water. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and phones; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. Housekeeping is provided daily.

The spa is open daily. Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Have fun with onsite winter activities, including downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding and in warmer months, enjoy a round of golf at the onsite golf course. Grand Geneva Resort & Spa helps provide the perfect ski vacation with ski storage, skiing lessons, and ski equipment rentals. At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at one of the resort's 2 bars/lounges or mingle with other revelers at the onsite nightclub.

Dining is available at one of the resort's 3 restaurants and guests can grab coffee at the coffee shop/café. The property also has a snack bar/deli. Despite how busy it was in the lobby, check-in was easy. We came in winter, so skiing was a must. The restaurants are quite family friendly, and they have plenty of amenities. Id recommend again and suggest staying 2-3 nights instead of 1, as there isnt enough time to check out everything in a day.

The room was nice. We went at 5:00 pm to eat and there was absolutely no space to eat and we were told they were all booked up. The bar area was packed and there service was very slow and the staff at the bar were rude. The rest of the staff was wonderful. 2 hours after waiting we actually left to eat. It was very cold out and we didnt realize we had to walk across parking lots onto a different parking lot to the spa.

The Grand Geneva Resort is absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, the kind and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The amenities are outstanding—beautiful rooms, an incredible spa, great dining options, and plenty of activities for everyone. Whether you’re golfing, skiing, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the stunning grounds, there’s something for everyone. The resort perfectly balances relaxation and fun, making it an ideal getaway. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

The updates to the rooms and hallways are just beautiful! All staff, from check in to the Geneva Club, were very helpful and provided great customer service. Shout out to Bernie, Daisey and Margo at the Geneva Club - they are a great, fun group of gals! Only two minor complaints - the bathrooms in the indoor pool area desperately need remodeling and the kids need to be kept out of the hot tub - the latter is really up to their darn parents. And at the Chophouse please serve standard bread at the dinner table. The combination of sourdough and caraway seed is absolutely offputting.

Bar area is horrible for conversation and wait staff was terrible service. Carlin lookalike bartender made more noise than the drummer (as a former bartender and waiter i would know). Grand Cafe wait staff was wonderful so it kind of balanced out. Desk staff were very good.
