Hotel is new and rooms are nice! We requested an early check in and staff was rude about our request. Could have been handled much better. Breakfast was poorly prepared. They had options but eggs, sausage and biscuits were severely overcooked and not appetizing.

Everything was fine, breakfast was above average. Room was clean and comfy. Watch how much they charge you. I was overcharged and nobody could give me an answer (when they answered the phone) as to why. Hotels.com got it figured out for me.

The stay was very good. Problem was with the front desk. I arrived at 2 pm from Indiana after driving for 2 and half hours and the front desk told me that I have to pay $25 for early check in, which is not right. I have to go away and come back an hour later. That was totally in called for and I am a IHG member

We arrived 20 minutes before check-in. The employee took our name and proceeded to check us in but then told us we were not able to check in at that time. When we returned, it took two employees about 10 minutes to process us. While I do not blame the employees, I think maybe better training is needed, especially for a sold-out weekend as I had overheard. Breakfast was mediocre. The pastries seemed old or dry and the eggs left a lot to be desired. Again, for the price of the room I was less than impressed with some of these things. One final note our room did have a smoke alarm signal the front desk. I’m glad they called immediately even though we discovered there was not smoke. However our room did not annunciate an alarm.
