We were theorem with family and grandchildren. The loft rooms were perfect and the pools indoor and outdoor and out were great. The staff was very helpful with rooms close together for our family, it was a great time for all!

We love staying here. I go to this area for work and bring my mother and teenage daughter. They swim, get their nails done, eat lunch in the on-site restaurant, etc. Then at night we go into Lake Geneva for dinner. We love Lake Lawn!

Amenities were excellent, the service was great as well. If you are the first floor you will likely have a lot of issues sleeping. 12am to 6am is quiet hours and it stays quite loud. 1878 was an excellent restaurant.

Absolutely love my stay. Went on a girls weekend. We had a ball!! Cassidy at the front desk was exceptional. We loved the welcome reception and also the full service on site. Everything you could ever need nearby. Easy early morning, coffee, nice dining options. I would love to come back with my family and have it on our radar.

I loved our room and staff was nice, only complaint was staff at pool was rude and kept asking ages of our kids who are 8 and 9 years old and were right next to their parents in hot tub. They don’t allow kids 6 and under in the hot tub. Hot tub was also pretty dirty and kids got a rash from swimming in indoor pool. Outside pool was always really full. But, we did love our room and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping were very friendly and nice. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful as well. I’d stay here again.
