It was our first time at Timber Ridge. We were impressed by the clean room, text message communication, options to play at the arcade and bowling, and the clean water park. Unfortunately, the air in the bedroom was not working, so sleep was uncomfortable until we figured out the problem.

Great hotel for families. Staff was welcoming and helpful! The waterpark was just the right size for lots of options but you can keep an eye the kids if they split up. Our room was amazing with the kitchen and whirlpool bathtub. We will definitely make thia our regular vacation spot!
